Tegan&Ginny
Even though Ginny's putting on a mask recently, I don't think Tegan would attempt to be her friend. They're in the same year so I should imagine they have classes together. I think Tegan's typical hatred of the Weasleys is probably too far ingrained into her for her to want to make Ginny a friend. Or, if she did, she'd make Ginny's life hell and be possibly the worst friend ever.
So if you want to plot there are a few options open there! :) Whatcha think?
