 FRIENDS , Bring on the slytherins, bring on the whores, bring on the hardcore girls that just like watching him make people squirm in their seats. just kidding.
Anyways I would enjoy someone; or rather a group of someones to be from slytherin and be in his posse. Just like how Draco has Crabbe and Goyle, i would like for Theo to have a few close friends.
 LOVERS , my my my well here is what want for theo. By the end of christmas break he'll have decided on his future wife. But meanwhile I would love for a few flings maybe one of two small relationships but nothing too serious.
 ENEMIES , wooohooo the fun stuff. well for here i guess anyone can go that hates Slytherins and DEs. idk just plot it out?.

Well, hello there, friend! ^_^ So, Draco and Theo probably grew up together, both being DE's kids. I'm sure Draco puts on his act for Theo just like for everyone else. Being a fellow DE, he wouldn't feel comfortable being himself. Theo might tell his father or something. XD So, asshat Malfoy, at your service

If Theo's a friend of the Malfoys, he's probably a friend of Tegan's. She tends to get along better with boys now that she's realised they can be yummy and maybe has had a crush on Theo, but she's not acted on it because she's got a bigger crush elsewhere. I can see them being friends regardless, if you're up for that. Maybe, since she's Draco's little sister, he's a bit like an older brother figure as well. Up to you :)
